First Firefox OS Based Smartphones By Mozilla


Mozilla organization has announced their first Firefox Operating System based two smartphones, ZTE Open and Alcatel One Touch Fire on Monday. (01-07-2013)

These both smartphones will be available soon by Telefonica and Deutsche Telekom.
Telefonica has announced that ZTE will be available in Spain beginning on 2th July for 90 dollars.


Individual members will announce the availability dates for each marketplace. Authority of Mozilla said that Firefox OS will be released first time under the wing of the Norway based company “Telenor” in this year in the Central and Eastern Europe.

This is a hot trends at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. Mozilla Firefox OS is a HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language) and open source based mobile operating system which will be providing a great user friendly OS alternative to Android OS. Mozilla firefox hopes to win the hearts of Central and Eastern Europe, State of Asia and America with their new Firefox Operating System (OS), specially on Android devices which are currently reigning at affordable prices.


Some information about ZTE Open smartphone:
Its has 3.5 inch display.
1 GHz Snapdragon Processor.
256 MB Ram.
3.2 MP digital camera.
Connectivity: Bluetooth, WiFi, GPS.

And, Alcatel one touch Fire’s specifications are as above with a little vary but it designed with Qualcomm processor.
