  • 1 Cup of condensed milk.

  • Half a cup of fresh cream.

The Method To Make Lychee Ice Cream

First, take a bowl and mix condensed milk, 1 cup of liquid milk, and cornflour. Mix the mixture well. Now, add the remaining milk and sugar to a pan and mix. Keep stirring and cook over medium heat.

Add the mixture of butter and flour to the pan. Then, cook it over medium heat for another 5 to 6 minutes until it gets thick. After that, please turn off the heat and let it cool in fan air. Now, add cream and chopped lychee to the mixture and mix well.
