Neuralink Implants Emotionless Chips In Human Brains

It's challenging for stroke victims and blind individuals to perform daily tasks. For those people, Elon Musk's company Neuralink started the difficult task of developing emotionless computer chips. The company began this work in 2016. Finally, they have implanted such chips in human brains for the first time.

Elon Musk's Neuralink implants a brain chip in its first human brain

On January 28th, in the United States, a person's brain was successfully implanted with this chip. However, due to privacy reasons, the company did not disclose the individual's name and identity. On January 29th, social media ex-mask confirmed the information.

In a post, Elon Mask said, "The initial results are quite promising. The patient's neurons are spiking or nerve impulses are transmitting. The patient is waking up."

Explaining further on this matter, they said, it could be called teletherapy. Because through the implantation of this emotionless chip in the brain, the concerned person can control their phone or computer. In this case, they won't need to use their hands or feet. Just by thinking, things will work.

Last year in September, the Food and Drug Administration of the United States granted Neuralink permission to implant several similar chips in human brains. Before successfully implanting chips in humans, chips were implanted in monkey brains.

However, this method is not new. In 2004, another neurotechnology company in the United States, BlackRock Neurotech, implanted chips in human brains. Apart from Neuralink, several other companies have been appointed for the task of developing such chips.
