Surprisingly I have got an opportunity from Ministry of Information and Communication Technology (MOICT) as a SEO trainer to teach newbies. The MOICT named this program “Swanirvar Bangladesh - Learning and Earning Program”
It is the first interesting opportunity for my small life. Countless Thanks to God and MOICT.
I have already attended in a training program at Gazipur in Dhaka and in this post I am sharing some information and glorious moments of mine.
The aim of this mission is to develop human resources of our country and how a person can build self-employment to earn money by outsourcing just from his/ her living room. The special training team will be teaching in whole Bangladesh over 64 districts and 60 Upazillas.
Bangladesh is one of the successful country in outsourcing and for that reason our Government wants to develop our talented young generations in IT sector to get more output and to increase national income.
I always like a proverb “Be your own boss” and of course if you can do it perfectly you will be a boss. By considering every single step of Government I really appreciate this mind-blowing step.

In Gazipur district training program we spoke and did the following areas of SEO:
a) What is search engine.
b) How search engine works.
c) Why and how people use search engines.
d) How to bring a page in first page in SERP.
e) Classification of SEO
f) All On page SEO elements.
g) All Off page SEO elements.
h) SEO tools, plugins and software.
i) How to get work from online marketplace.
j) Debating competition about internet marketing.
k) Giving Certificate at closing day.

1. The training is totally free of charge for all students.
2. Every costs are proved by Bangladesh Government.
3. Free quality breakfast, launch, tea and coffee.
4. Any age people can participate.
5. Training and Management team will find out best student(s) to make more special expert.
6. A Govt. approved certificate will be given after 5 days training course.
7. Supporting and caring for students after training.
2. Free transport, food, residence and care by Govt. administration.
3. Got few content publishers to write posts for ShineMat.com
4. All trainers and special expert students will get an award from prime minister and if good luck supports they will get a permanent job at IT sector.
For that reason they commit and attach with drugs or do suicides. Here one thing I would like to say, "Life is an awesome gift by god, don't waste it."
Education is always good if you can properly apply all of its elements.
Our Government takes a smart decision to develop our young generation. So, keep learning skills and apply them. I am sure once you will be the successful person like Bill Gates or Jeff Bezos. Wish you all good luck and I pray for all people to make an amazing life with economical satisfaction. May Allah bless all of you.

Why this step has been taken?
Due to large economic recession and huge jobless people it is very hard to get a single job post. Beside all of these you will never be a rich person by doing a job.Bangladesh is one of the successful country in outsourcing and for that reason our Government wants to develop our talented young generations in IT sector to get more output and to increase national income.

Conclusion:
I really like and support such steps. If I am not wrong, lots of people in Bangladesh has great academic qualification but still they are jobless.For that reason they commit and attach with drugs or do suicides. Here one thing I would like to say, "Life is an awesome gift by god, don't waste it."
