When And Where The Total Solar Eclipse Will Occur This Year

Astronomers have announced that a total solar eclipse will occur next week. Many are eagerly awaiting the total solar eclipse with great anticipation. According to information from NASA, the total solar eclipse will last for about 1 to 4 minutes. In Texas, USA, the longest duration will be observed, lasting up to 4 minutes and 27 seconds. During this time, the moon will completely cover the sun, bringing full darkness during the day.


Ways to View the April 2024 Total Solar Eclipse

On April 8th, between 9:43 PM and 2:52 AM Bangladesh Time, a total solar eclipse will occur. Unfortunately, this rare moment will not be visible from Bangladesh. However, the total solar eclipse will be visible from certain locations in the United States, Mexico, and Canada. Astronomers have also stated that partial solar eclipses will be visible from neighboring countries of the Caribbean region such as Colombia, Venezuela, Spain, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Portugal, and Iceland.



Although the solar eclipse won't be visible from Bangladesh, anyone interested can watch the total solar eclipse directly from NASA's website. Therefore, enthusiasts can easily watch the total solar eclipse online via smartphones or computers. According to astronomers, two more partial solar eclipses will be visible this year. However, the exact timing of these two solar eclipses has not been determined.
